About Us
Ballet is an art form that teaches a child discipline co-ordination, strength and control, along with an appreciation of classical music and the performing arts. These qualities will give your child a head start in life whatever he or she decides to do later.
TG Budding Stars for those pupils who come to us recreationally ballet gives an all-round base training and performances.
We hold open class for parents to view their child's progress.
Students may be entered for RAD exams when they are deemed ready, these exams are for children aged 6, and Primary Grade upwards. Exams are optional, but those wishing to take them must be prepared to take two classes weekly during the term preceeding the exam. More information can be found on the Exam page.
Students also have the opportunity to perform on stage in our performance which takes place at The Theatre

Exams
ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE EXAMINATIONS
Budding Stars enters students for RAD Exams in the Summer Term of the school year.
Exams give the student a great sense of achievement and most students, if properly prepared thoroughly enjoy the experience.
Ballet can be a lot of fun and is a great form of exercise but it is an extremely hard physical and mental discipline and almost impossible to master at any level on just one hour a week.

Uniform
Soft ballet shoes, tights and all items of uniform for Cygnets and Primary girls are available to order and buy from our school.
We do expect all our students to wear our correct uniform but will allow new pupils to wear their old uniform for their first few weeks.

Payments £8 per person per class, and pay by every term
